Ferguson Plarre launches ‘Executive Chef Cheesecakes’ range
A little something for every tastebud.
Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses has launched its ‘Executive Chef Cheesecakes’ range, created specially by Michael Plarre.
The new range feature three cold set cheesecakes and four baked cheesecakes. Mango and Passionfruit, Lime and Coconut and Raspberry and White Chocolate form the ‘Light’ range; while Salted Caramel, Bavarian Chocolate, Mixed Berry and Classic Baked cheesecake form the ‘Luxury’ baked range.
“With summer fast approaching I was passionate about reinventing our cheesecake range to ensure a lighter, more enjoyable experience. Many of our customers are looking for something fresh & light so our light range made with real fruit is perfect for this. Others prefer a more decadent cheesecake but still don’t want to feel too ‘heavy’ after eating a slice, so our Luxury range has been designed with this in mind. I’m thrilled with the result – more importantly though, I’m confident our customers will be too," said Michael Plarre.
