Chatime partners with Chupa Chups maker for new drink range
The collaboration will bring to life candy flavours in drink form.
Chatime has partnered with Perfetti Van Melle, creator of Chupa Chups, to launch the Tea That Pops collaboration that will see candy-flavoured beverages across Australia.
Launching exclusively in Chatime’s T-breweries from 19 September, the six-week campaign will bring Chupa Chups' bestselling lollipop flavours, grape, and strawberry and cream in boba forms.
The Grape Chupa Chups Tea is a grape frui-tea available exclusively in green tea and comes with grape jellies that add an extra pop of forever fun flavour. The Strawberries & Cream Chupa ChupsTea is a strawberry-vanilla milky tea crowned with a dollop of creamy mousse to ensure each berry-licious sip finds its perfect partner in a velvety cream swirl.
The collaboration between Chatime and Chupa Chups will be supported by a multi-phased campaign that will cover theatre in T-Breweries with a Chupa Chups takeover across all printed and digital displays, in T-brewery sampling to drive trial, engaging social content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, targeted communications to Loyal-Tea members through EDM, push notification and app, plus a compelling influencer campaign.

The campaign will last until 30 October. To celebrate Halloween, Chatime will also be giving away a free Chupa Chups lollipop with every Grape Chupa Chups Tea and Strawberries & Cream Chupa Chups Tea purchased from 17 October 2023 - until stocks run out.
The Grape Chupa Chups Tea will be available from Chatime Australia T-breweries from September 19 2023 - regular $7.50 and large $8.35. The Strawberries & Cream Chupa Chups Tea will also be available from all Chatime Australia T-breweries at the same time - regular $8.10 and large $8.95.
