Nando's unmasked as Bowen Mangoburgler!

In one of the most audacious PR stunts we can remember, Nando's has confessed to 'borrowing' the Big Mango in the Northern Queensland town of Bowen.
Following Monday's early morning heist, which attracted significant local and international news attention, the chicken chain posted a video on youtube.
Commenting on Facebook they said "Thank you Bowen. Your Big Mango is in safe hands... We confess, we borrowed your Big Mango. But we've got big plans for it and promise to return it safely... soon(ish)".
The caper was to promote a new mango and lime flavoured dish, which was be launched, alongside an 8 metre replica of the now famous mango, in Federation Square, Melbourne.
But that is not the end of it- they have also be re-installed the Big Mango to its rightful place, and invited local residents along to attend the event, and offering them bottles of their peri-peri sauce to boot.
