Muffin Break crowns ‘Great Bake Sale’ winners
Over 3,180 schools voted in the campaign, nearly a 25% increase from the 2012 campaign.
Muffin Break’s five-week digital campaign--the 2013 Muffin Break Great Bake Sale, has concluded with Queensland Independent College of Merrimac in QLD proclaimed as this year’s national winner.
Over 3,180 schools voted in the competition, and 17,539 people became new fans of the brand’s Facebook page.
Queensland Independent College will be receiving the QLD state prize of 1,000 low-fat, healthy-option muffins valued at almost $4,000, and a special appearance by the Muffin Man as well.
In the same light, the other state prize winners will also be receiving 1,000 muffins to sell at their school on their preferred date, and all profits will go directly to the school.
Moreover, three Apple iPads will also be given to each winning school, which is currently valued at $1,617 RRP.
