Baskin-Robbins rebrands members club
The website also now has a new look.
Baskin-Robbins has rebranded its members club and relaunched its website in an overhaul of the franchise brand’s digital assets.
Club 31 replaces the previous Birthday Club, and has been redesigned to provide guests with greater rewards. People can sign up via the Baskin-Robbins website to receive special offers throughout the year, in addition to a free ice cream on their birthday and a special discount on a birthday cake.
Members will also receive a loyalty card whereby every 6th stamp will entitle the guest to a free ice cream with another purchase, and their 12th transaction will allow a free two-scoop ice cream with another purchase.
The website, on the other hand, is designed to be more user-friendly and provide guests with promotional deals, restaurant locations, and product information.
Ian Martin, general manager of Baskin-Robbins Australia, said, “Like any business, our digital assets are becoming increasingly important as a way to interact with our guests. Through the new Club 31, we’re aiming to provide increased benefits to our loyal guests and reward them for their support.”
Meanwhile the website includes a password-protected Franchise Partner Access section for Baskin-Robbins team members. “The new website is also vital to us, and we hope guests respond well to the refreshed design and simpler interface,” said Martin.
