Nando's appoints BWM Dentsu to handle its creative account

The fast casual brand looks to further connect with its customers through the new partnership.

Nando’s has confirmed that it has appointed advertising agency BWM Dentsu to handle its creative account.

“We’re really excited to be working with the team at BWM Dentsu. They’re a creative agency well known for transforming touchpoints into unique brand experiences. We are looking forward to working together to connect our stories and messages with our consumers,” Nando’s public relations manager Cath Palfreyman said.

The fast casual brand is confident that BWM Dentsu will provide them a “bespoke offering” where they would be able to utilise capabilities including their brand and client experience teams, CX, UK, social, content, experience and PR.

Prior to the appointment, the restaurant chain worked with Banjo Advertising.
