The Cheesecake Shop names new CIO
He was formerly the group CIO of Craveable Brands.
The Cheesecake Shop has appointed Brad Dight in a newly created role as Chief Information Officer as the brand plans to double down on its digital transformation.
Dight has an outstanding track record in creating and leading high-performing teams in large global companies with high-tech complex digital platforms and services. He was formerly the group CIO of Craveable Brands and has worked previously with Domino’s, Virgin, and Tatts Group.
He will work with franchisees and the Leadership Team on enhancing the customer experience across retail and digital to meet the customer’s ever-changing needs around accessibility and convenience. His role will have a strong focus on digital transformation, data, technology, trends and innovation to drive successful business outcomes in order for The Cheesecake Shop to be much more digital and data-driven.
Dight will report directly to The Cheesecake Shop’s CEO Scott Bush.
