Burrito Bar reopens in Lismore

The Mexican restaurant was devastated by floods in Lismore last year.

Burrito Bar is reopening its Lismore location, following the devastation brought by floods in February last year.

The Brisbane-born Mexican food concept, which currently operates across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, and Northern Territory, will be employing 20 to 30 Lismore locals as a thank-you for the support it received from the community following the floods.

Burrito Bar will be bringing back much-loved menu favourites, but also has an exciting new menu that boasts new flavours of Burritos, Tacos, Nachos, Wings, Fried Chicken, Torta Burgers, Ribs, Cocktails and more! Additional plant-based and vegetarian options have also been added across the menu to expand choices. Burrito Bar will be launching with their popular regular specials, including Taco Monday, Wings Wednesday, and the daily lunchtime La Comida offer.

The reopening is currently scheduled for this May.
