Black Lion invests AU$300,000 seed funding for tech start-up

Oktria is a flexible software as a service platform.

Black Lion Limited, a venture capital fund focusing on food technology, announced that it invested AU$300,000 seed funding in a technology start-up that solves the disconnect between firm strategy and effective execution against that strategy.

It invested in Oktria, which is a flexible software as a service platform. It also operates like a health app on a smart watch.

The fund was put up by Bradley Michael, CEO and founder of Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group.

Seagrass is a “multi-brand, restaurant operating company with over 50 locations across brands including 6 HEAD, The Meat & Wine Co, Hunter & Barrel, Italian Street Kitchen and Ribs & Burgers and operating in Australia as its home market and with expansion into the United Arab Emirates, UK and South Africa."
