KFC Hong Kong launches fried-chicken flavoured nail polishes

The chicken chain released edible nail polish with flavours based on the brand's signature Original, Hot & Spicy recipes.

KFC Hong Kong partnered with Ogilvy & Mather to bring the KFC tagline “Finger Lickin’ Good” to life.

According to a press release by Ogilvy, the edible nail polishes are sourced from natural ingredients and are based on KFC’s all-time favourite recipes, Original and Hot & Spicy.

“To use, consumers’ simply apply and dry like regular nail polish, and then lick,” Ogilvy said.

The two polishes are packaged in a designer bottle and box, and has been teased online for the last two weeks on social media. An online music video was released asking Hong Kongers to pick the best flavour to go into mass production.
