Do you want your QSR to do a "deal of the Day" - Part 2

In part 2 of this series Jon Beros, General Manager of Sales at Scoopon tells us what sets them apart.

What does a QSR need to know when deciding to enter in an arrangement with you?

Scoopon takes care of all aspects of the promotion, including editorial, design, customer service, edms and social media. The supplier needs to provide an offer that will entice the member base into an impulse purchase.

What are some of the logistical challenges involved?

The suppliers main requirement is to ensure all staff are fully briefed and ready to provide a great customer experience. Being prepared and delivering a first class service will drastically increase repeat custom. Our team works closely with all suppliers to ensure they have a solid understanding of what is involved and help them to build their own marketing plans to get the most out of the promotion.

What makes you different from your competitors?

Scoopon is the largest Group Buying site in Australia, with the success coming from an organically grown member base. Scoopon's members are high income earners that are on the look out for great experiences to try. We also ensure great flexibility in dealing with suppliers, we know all businesses are different, with different goals. It's this approach, that allows us to structure the right deal that achieved the right objectives.
