Bucking Bull opens its doors at two new locations

Ready to roast, ready to serve.

Diners at Stockland Shellharbour in New South Wales and Ocean Keys in Clarkson, Western Australia can now enjoy comfort food by the roast meal franchise.

According to Bucking Bull, the store openings reflect Australian’s growing appetite for traditional fare.

Executive Director of the Franchise Dean Vella added, “there’s been a real shift in the market towards artisan foods and flavours and that’s been great for us. Customers have a new found appreciation for the skill and cooking methods behind preparing a classic roast meal.”

Bucking Bull sets itself apart from other quick service restaurants by serving roasts that are slow-cooked for up to 12 hours. This concept is "refreshing," noted Vella, "[especially] in a market so focused in being 'fast'."

Bucking Bull opened on March 12 in Stockland Shellharbour and March 20 in Ocean Keys, respectively.
