Leanne Morison has been appointed new National Training Manager.
QSR Media spoke with Leanne Morison, who has recently been appointed as Noodle Box’s new National Training Manager.
Below is Morison’s statement on her new position, along with her plans and priorities for the development of the brand.
“Noodle Box is embarking on a period of change – with Ian Martin’s expertise, changing the structure, expanding internationally and improving the way we train our teams.
It means that Noodle Box is open to new and creative ideas, which is exciting for me as it gives me the opportunity to develop an engaging training program at the forefront of technology.
The outcome will be a more aligned Franchise community and motivated teams, resulting in a first class guest experience.
We’re initially focusing on establishing the online learning program, increasing training completion rates and partnering with Tafe to provide nationally recognized qualifications to our Franchise Partners and their teams.
My previous role was with Yum! Restaurants, one of the leaders in QSR training standards.
This has prepared me for my new role and provided me with a challenge to see Noodle Box viewed in the same category.”
