Zarraffa’s Coffee opens a new store in Mt. Gravatt
This comes as the brand seeks to increase drive thru locations in Queensland.
Zarraffa’s Coffee opened its new store in Mt. Gravatt as it eyes to raise drive thru locations all over Queensland.
The store will be managed by local franchisees, Melissa Sanagan and Lachlan Sherrington, starting 29 September 2022.
“We plan to become more involved in the community, through local schools, businesses and sporting associations,” Sanagan said in a statement.
“Supporting businesses in our backyard has always been a core part of what Zarraffa’s stores do and we’re keen to start forging local relationships through coffee,” added Sanagan.
Sanagan said they hired 30 locals to help with the new store’s operations.
“We believe when our staff are well trained, happy and confident, we can deliver the best possible service for our customers. My teaching experience has really helped build our team's skills and knowledge. We thrive on having fantastic culture in our stores,” Sanagan said.
Zarraffa’s Coffee CEO Marnie Sheldon said they currently have plans for major expansion across Queensland, New South Wales, and Western Australia.
