Schnitz launches fourth store in Melbourne

QSR market newcomer Schnitz – Pan Cooked Schnitzels opened its fourth store as part of the plan to bring its schnitzel vision to the rest of Australia.

Schnitz is the brain-child of veteran restaurateur Roman Dyduk who, following a string of 13 successful Melbourne restaurants and cafes, decided to create a food franchise around his pan-cooked schnitzels.

The fourth store is located on Glenferrie Road in Hawthorn and offers a range of made-to-order schnitzels served in Turkish Rollz, Tortilla Wrapz and various Schnitz Meal Packz and Schnack Packz.

Schnitz – Pan Cooked Schnitzels will be exhibiting at the Melbourne Franchise Expo which is to be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd of August 2010.
