Paik’s Pan launches hot pot franchise in Melbourne

Paik’s Noodle will also be adding two new locations in January.

Korean hot pot franchise Paik's Pan will be opening its doors for customers in Melbourne in January.

Located at 15-17 Healeys Lane, in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, the opening follows the successful launch of Paik’s Noodle in early 2022.

Offering an entirely different menu and cooking methods to its sibling venues, Paik's Pan is focused on championing unsung Korean dishes and offers cook-at-the-table service to create their own K-Pot (Korean style hot pot) and Ddeokbokki simmered rice cakes.

Paik's Pan will be the first restaurant of its kind in Melbourne with a signature focus on dishing up Dakgalbi - the ever so popular Korean iteration of a spicy chicken stir-fry.

The company is also planning to add more Paik’s franchises in Australia, starting with two new locations for Paik’s Noodle set to open next year.
