Mad Mex’s beach shack inspired restaurant to reopen

QSR Mexican brand, Mad Mex, will reopen its Maroubra restaurant, which will also get a makeover.
The reopening of the beach shack inspired restaurant will be celebrated on 12 November.
It offers a “spectacular dining experience in its 110 square-metre dine-in space and 35 square-metre outdoor space.
Cr Dylan Parker, the Mayor of Randwick, will also attend to show his support for the restaurant, “which will once again be serving fresh and healthy food to the local community.”
Franchisee Himansu Patel will continue managing the Maroubra store, which is his second store after taking the helm at Crown St Darlinghurst.
