Mad Mex opens in Rockdale
It is the first Mexican restaurant to open in the area.
Mad Mex will open a new branch in Rockdale and, to celebrate, it’s hosting an event on 3 December.
Mad Mex is offering two-for-one burritos and will have a DJ in-store as well as balloons for the kids and airbrush tattoos.
The Rockdale branch will be run by local residents Asif and Nusrat Shaikh who are passionate about connecting with the Rockdale community and showing them what great tasting, quality Mexican cuisine and healthy living is all about.
This will be the third Mad Mex store owned and operated by the husband and wife duo. Previously they started their journey with the company by opening a store in the Met Centre in December 2018 followed by a second store in Mt Druitt which opened in March 2022.
