Mad Mex celebrates franchisees, managers in 9th Golden Burrito Awards

The chain says the awards are its opportunity to celebrate “a genuine culture of excellence.”

Mad Mex recognised its top franchisees and business managers across NSW, Victoria, the ACT and New Zealand during the ninth iteration of its Golden Burrito Awards, held virtually this year.

The awards were split into two categories, recognising both business excellence, and commitment to the company’s core values around “authenticity, healthy living, and being just that little bit cheeky,” the fast casual chain said.

The full list of winners can be found in the chain’s official blog.

“The Golden Burrito awards are our opportunity to celebrate what is a genuine culture of excellence, and recognise some of the most dedicated, talented and successful franchisees and Business Managers in the country,” chief executive Clovis Young said in a media release.

Mad Mex currently operates 70 restaurants across Australia and New Zealand.
