Italian restaurant Fratelli Fresh to open at Entertainment Quarter

It will unveil its dining and drinking experience on August 19, 2017.

Rockpool Dining Group will bring casual Italian dining with the opening of Fratelli Fresh at the Entertainment Quarter. The restaurant features an indoor-outdoor Italian beer and wine garden and an open kitchen, which accommodates over 300 guests.

The menu features Fratelli classics, including its famous zucchini flowers, lamb ragu and gnocchi. The store’s range of desserts includes the house-made tiramisu, signature banoffee torta, Fratelli rocher cannoli and a rainbow of gelato, hazelnut and salted caramel, yoghurt and amarena, and chocolate crunch.

Fratelli Fresh Entertainment Quarter also highlights the biggest line-up of beers from all the Fratelli restaurants, with 15 Italian craft beers available from Urban Craft Brewing Co, Birra del Borgo and Les Bieres Du Grand Saint Bernard.

Rockpool Dining Group chief executive officer, Thomas Pash, said it was time for Eastern suburbs residents to enjoy the convenience of another Fratelli Fresh on their doorstep. “The Entertainment Quarter is the perfect, convenient location for one of our largest Fratelli Fresh restaurants yet.”

“Our spacious beer and wine garden is the perfect meeting place for groups of families and friends and casts a lovely al fresco feel across the whole venue,” he added.
