It’s a full-scale operational restaurant.
Noodle Box announced the opening of the brand’s new Franchise Partner Training Centre.
The James-Milne Training Centre, named after Noodle Box founders, Josh James and David Milne, is a full-scale operational restaurant that offers a dedicated learning environment for new and existing franchise partners, chefs, and managers.
Along with this, the brand also introduced their new online training platform called “Noodle U,” which is focused on delivering theoretical operational training such as policies, procedures, and technology.
The centre equipped with a classroom facility beside the restaurant, which will serve as the venue for the theoretical training.
“It’s really exciting to see strong foundations, such as our new Franchise Partner Training Centre being put in place that will facilitate the brand’s to entry into its next phase of growth,” said Ian Martin, Noodle Box CEO.
Below is a Q&A with Keir Houghton, Noodle Box Marketing Manager.
QSR Media: What sets the training centre apart?
Houghton: As a fully functioning restaurant, the Noodle Box Franchise Partner Training Centre offers participants a safe and comfortable environment to learn the Noodle Box system.
Its presence in our Franchise Support Centre ensures that new franchise partners can work closely with each department to establish relationships and learn about all aspects of the business.
Having built the training centre as a fully functioning restaurant means that all marketing collateral can be trialled before rolling out, ensuring that it has the desired impact.
QSR Media: What impact do you expect it to have on the Noodle Box business?
Houghton: By providing a dedicated training centre, we are joining other QSR brands that are leading in the training space.
We expect the new Franchise Partner Training Centre will bring a greater consistency across the brand, ensuring that a world class guest experience is delivered at every Noodle Box restaurant.
