Domino’s Bentley store bags top awards for operational excellence

The brand has named it the next ‘store to watch’.

Domino’s Bentley store was recently given two recognitions for its operational excellence, naming it the brand’s next to store to watch.

The store’s owner and operator, Aron Morris, was awarded with a Golden Franny, an award given only to the top one percent of Domino’s employees, internationally, which also includes a strict criteria evaluating sales performance, product quality, store growth, community involvement, operational audit scores, and store crew morale.

Likewise, Adrian Burke—Bentley store manager, was recognised as the Rookie Manager of the Year. This particular award is given to the employee who has been a Manager for over twelve months and has achieved the best results in their region over a twelve-month period.

“It’s fantastic that Adrian and Aron have teamed up at Domino’s Bentley – together they are a force to be reckoned with.

“Under Aron’s leadership, Adrian has raised the bar in the past 12 months with the Domino’s Bentley providing outstanding customer service, consistent product quality, continual employee satisfaction and commendable profit margins.

“Together Aron and Adrian have the potential to achieve great things – watch this space,” said Don Meij, Domino’s Pizza CEO.
