Brumby’s unveils huge brand refresh in newest store

They launched a revamped menu and look.

As part of Retail Food Group’s Project Evolution initiative, Brumby’s Bakery unveiled its ‘store of the future,’ featuring a revamped look and menu.

The brand’s newest store is located at Underwood, Queensland.

It boasts a new logo, colour palette, packaging, products, digital menu boards, uniforms, and a new walk-in layout.

According to Brumby’s Managing Director Kevin Waite, the brand was careful in keeping intact the brand’s established values, as traditional Aussie bakers committed to quality and wholesome ingredients.

“Our new store highlights these core Brumby’s values through the use of wheat and windmill motifs, images and messages from our Australian farms and a rustic colour scheme. We’re taking our customers on the journey of bread making with us, from land to loaf.

“The new store design invites customers inside and puts our bakers in the spotlight to showcase our craft and allow customers to view the baking process, adding to the authenticity of our products and service,” said Waite.

Brumby’s brand refresh is centered on giving old fashioned service by “honouring the bakers tradition and going above and beyond to delight their customers.”

The brand’s revamped menu features the launch of an Espresso coffee blend, three tiered bread menu of Get Active, Preservative, and Artisan loaves, three new pie and sausage flavours—Wagyu Beef and Beer, Peri Peri Chicken, and Pork and Fennel, and topped focaccias and gourmet sandwiches.

The new menu also boasts muesli slices, family tarts, and even a sweets range.
