World Manager and the brands using its platform have won over 30 Industry Awards in the past ten years.
Most software systems focus specifically on one function or employee level. By educating companies on how to communicate and train employees directly on their smartphones or tablets, World Manager distinctively allows greater visibility and an insight into store operations from the support office team, right down to the newly on-boarded employee.
World Manager is currently utilised by brands based in Australia, USA, UK, Asia, Middle East and beyond.
To date it is used by over 150 leading brands, operating in 50 countries, in over 20,000 business locations globally, making World Manager one of the most recognised and awarded online products in the industry.
Australia’s largest Food Service and Retail Brands rely daily on the platform as the foundation for their corporate business practices as their Operations teams use tablets on location to complete all previous, paper-based reports.
Tammy Ryder, Group People Manager at The Coffee Club which won the Training Initiative of the Year at the QSR Media Detpak Conference and Awards 2015, said that their successes were owed to new Learning and Development Program and its team.
“With such a significant geographical footprint, our people are intrinsic to the fabric of our franchise. It’s only by equipping our team members, from the crews on the ground to the senior leadership team in HQ, that we can foster a culture of excellence.”
“Winning the prestigious award was testament to the commitment of the team who designed, curated and implemented the program. The accolade was awarded in recognition of The Coffee Club’s new Learning & Development Program (L&DP) which was established as part of a system overhaul in late 2014,” Ryder said.
“The new L&DP program (utilising World Manager) consists of over 300 different online training modules, eight in-person classes, more than 10 hosted webinars, and a number of guides and resources - all of which are updated on a regular basis by the academy leads.”
“The winning training initiative has had a substantial impact on The Coffee Club operations and bottom-line results,” Ryder said.
“The top 10 stores to complete the new training program recorded an impressive 6.7 per cent increase in transactions and 6 per cent increase in same store sales growth. “Anchored in our mission of Good Food, Great Service and Excellent Coffee, our development curriculum arms our team members across all levels with the knowledge, skills and attitude to excel.”
Over 70% of the award winners from the latest QSR Media Detpak Conference and Awards are part of the World Manager Community.
