SumoSalad execs join campaign to raise donations for homeless
SumoSalad's CEO Luke Baylis and Executive Chairman Mark Maloney will be taking part in the Vinnies Annual CEO Sleep Out tonight.
Baylis and Maloney will be raising donations for the CEO Sleepout this winter, as the brand hopes to raise $100,000 for the St Vincent de Paul Society in their joint Heat Up The Street campaign.
“Every night across Australia, more than 100,000 people are experiencing homelessness – an alarming statistic. To help make a difference, Sumo have teamed up on a national level with Vinnies, to drive awareness and raise money to help Vinnies better support people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. It’s an overwhelming problem, and with winter upon us we really hope to make a difference,” Baylis had said.
The campaign, which aims to raise money and awareness to help support homeless and disadvantaged Australians, will run from May to September.
