Eagle Boys looks to break records across footy finals
The pizza chain is preparing to break the record for highest number of pizzas produced in one weekend.
Eagle Boys General Manager Retail Nick Vincent said, “The amount of pizzas Eagle Boys stores are forecasting to produce across the grand finals weekend would feed the entire 2015 team ladders of both footy codes for a week.”
“It's not just the Eagle Boys pizza makers that will feel the heat. The amount of kilometres covered by Eagle Boys delivery drivers across the two-day stint will far exceed the combined distance ran by every player in the four grand final teams across the entire 2015 season.”
Eagle Boys franchisees have rostered on extra team members to handle the extra load, and Vincent said that stores have already prepped extra dough, sauce, and toppings.
