Wasabi Warriors welcome Master Sushi Chef Hideo Dekura
The Master Chef shared his sashimi and sushi skills in the Wasabi Warriors store in Adelaide.
Following the successful launch of Wasabi Warriors in Elizabeth Shopping Centre, Adelaide, Wasabi Warriors welcomed Hideo Dekura to the store on 25 July 2012. The Master Sushi Chef shared the sashimi and sushi skills passed down to him by his father in store between 11 am and 12 pm.
Master Chef Dekura’s began learning the principles of sushi preparation, cooking, and presentation in the 1940s in Yotsua, Japan. After years of cooking and demonstrating across the world, Master Chef Dekura settled in Sydney. He joined the Wasabi Warriors to bring top quality sushi to the convenience market.
