Snagga's launches 'Reverse Loyalty Program'

Snagga's Healthy Sausages celebrated the anniversary of its Geelong store by launching Get Snagged.

Get Snagged is a reverse Loyalty Program for the brand's fans. Cory Becker, Founder of Snagga's, said that he spent the past 12 months talking with customers, learning from their engagement with Snagga's unique in-store experience.

"At Snagga's, the punters come first. We are privileged to have an extremely loyal following, with return patronage at extremely high levels. Historically loyalty programs have provided the end customer with a very poor return on their continued loyalty, whilst providing the business with endless data for remarketing," Becker said.

"We have worked hard with our customers to develop our Get Snagged! Program, giving our fans our loyalty upfront. With our Geelong Store turning one, we have a clear understanding now of the cost of acquiring new customers, their average spend, favourite menu items and an extremely high return visitation rate. It makes sense for us to provide our loyalty up front, and create more opportunities for people to experience the Snagga's they love."
