Mad Mex, Menulog launch Willy Wonka-inspired golden ticket search
Winners will receive free burritos for the rest of the year.
Mad Mex has teamed up with Menulog for a Willy Wonka-inspired golden ticket search.
Forty customers who find a golden ticket in their Mad Mex burrito ordered via Menulog during the month of May will win free burritos for the rest of the year. One golden ticket holder will be chosen to win a $1,000 Menulog voucher.
The campaign kicked off on 5 May to coincide with the annual Mexican celebration of Cinco de Mayo.
Once a ticket is found, customers are told to visit the promotion’s landing page and enter a unique code. Afterwards, they will answer a trivia question to activate the unique prize.
The chain, which operates 70 restaurants across Australia and New Zealand, recently launched its virtual plant-based menu via Uber Eats.
