He will join KFC South Pacific’s chief food innovation officer in a special session.

At the upcoming QSR Media Sandhurst Conference & Awards 2020, two food personalities will share their ways in creating innovative and headline-grabbing dishes that will surely have customers wanting more.

From the world-renowned chicken chain, Fritz Meyer has been KFC South Pacific’s Chief Food Innovation and Technology Officer for six years now. He has extensive experience in the international scene, having worked in markets like China, Japan and the US. He has been leading regional teams in product development, quality assurance and customer focus, amongst leadership areas.

Joining Meyer is Channel 7’s My Kitchen Rules host Manu Feildel. The celebrity chef started his career in the kitchen at a young age, working for his family restaurant, before moving to the UK where he served in top French fine-dining restaurants. Later, he became a restaurateur, a notable TV personality and an established cookbook author.
