The chain is inviting customers to become its foundation members.
Grill’d will be launching their new Relish membership programme on February 2019, in part of their strategy to boost customer experience that focuses on "mobile-first personalised customers experiences".
It offers benefits such as a free drink on a member’s birthday, being able to participate in menu trials and exclusive events.
The chain is also currently inviting customers to be part of their programme as foundation members. They are also offering a buy-one-take-one promo on their burgers to those who would become foundation members by December 11.
