Helen Reece’s career has spanned across sales, buying and marketing for leading brands including Bulla, Yoplait, Telstra and Dairy Farmers, giving her a deep understanding of customer behaviours and attitudes and unique insights into how to develop engaging and meaningful brand experiences. As a multi-channel expert, Helen is currently leading the digital transformation of Nando’s customer experience journey with a focus on allowing customers to access and interact with Nando’s how and when they want.
Clovis Young is the entrepreneurial force behind Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill, one of Australia’s fastest growing QSR establishments. Launched in Sydney in 2007, Mad Mex has expanded to over 45 locations across Australia and New Zealand. In 2013, Mad Mex was ranked sixth on BRW’s Fast Franchise list and was one of only three retail trade establishments to be ranked within the top 20 of BRW’s Fast 100 list.
Ben Zyl has over 13 years' experience working in online media, telecommunications, and payments. And he has worked across a variety of operational, product, and sales roles for companies like Yahoo, Vodafone, and PayPal. While at PayPal, Ben led the PayPal Here team, rolling out its mPOS terminals across Australia.
All three executives will be part of the event’s panel discussion, which will also feature guest speaker Vanessa Matthijssen of Deloitte. Audience members joining the event will be able to ask questions live.
