The gelato brand will be serving two hot drinks and three mini-cakes.
Gelato Messina has partnered with Italian restaurant group Salt Meats Cheese to launch their pop-up store in Laneway WV in West End, Brisbane.
For the next four weekends, the gelato brand will be serving two hot drinks including their Bombe-Choc-Alaska, made with their hot chocolate, 1 scoop of dulce de leche, and finished with torched marshmallow and icing sugar.
They will also have three mini gelato cakes in their pop-up menu, including the 'Yellow Submarine' macaron made with cream cheese gelato, passionfruit insert, cara crakine disc, and sprinkled with black sesame seeds.
Salt Meats Cheese, meanwhile, are offering vegan pizza options.
