Domino's posts job listing seeking ‘Chief Garlic Bread Taste Tester'

The winning applicant will be paid $30 an hour.

Domino’s has posted a job opening that carb-lovers will surely love: Chief Garlic Bread Taste Tester.

According to the pizza company post on LinkedIn, applicants should have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in garlic bread consumption
  • Has a detailed understanding of the pizza and garlic bread relationship
  • Has working taste buds
  • Has burned their fingers at least once not being able to wait for the garlic bread to cool down
  • Has a history of reviewing other people’s food choices (solicited and/or unsolicited)

The winning candidate will spend a day at Domino’s HQ in Brisbane sampling their garlic breads and other products, including new items that are coming up. He or she will be paid $30 an hour.

Those interested to apply are asked to complete a survey and explain in 200 words or in a 30-second video why they are “perfect candidate” for the job. Applications close on 7 October.
