Starting at around 2:55 PM, Subway Australia & New Zealand's Managing Director Shane Bracken will discuss the brand's recent brand refresh.
Following him is Aimee Cutajar, Head of Marketing at Krispy Kreme Australia & New Zealand for the second case study that will bring guests an inside look at a Krispy Kreme Wedding marketing campaign.
Diving into the relationship of customers, social media, and QSRs, TikTok will lead a presentation on the opportunities for QSR brands to meet their customers through the app and create new avenues to tell their brand;'s stories.
Finally, Simon-Kucher's Mitchell Taylor will lead a discussion on how restaurants in Australia should grapple with industry challenges and leverage better revenue management techniques to grow profitable.
