McDonald's launches new M Selections menu

Ingredients such as avocado, hollandaise sauce, sourdough bread and sautéed mushrooms will be used for the new menu.

According to McDonald's, the M Selections menu takes everything Australian’s love about McDonald’s and adds an extra touch of va va voom. Newcomers to the range include the hearty Angus the Great burger, shakes and desserts, and, for the first time in Australia - a selection of breakfast bagels.

To celebrate the arrival of M Selections, Macca’s restaurants around the country will receive a mini makeover, with chandeliers, a butler and other fancy features adorning the restaurants. McDonald’s facebook fans can also get into the spirit with a free app that allows them to ‘fancy-up’ their profile page by creating their own customised coat of arms, generating fancy names and gold leaf frames.

The McDonald’s M Selections include:

Angus the Great

A fully certified Angus beef patty, a slice of Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, Angus seasoning and McChicken sauce in a sourdough bun.

Grand Chicken Burger

Premium chicken burger. Succulent, 100% crispy or seared chicken breast, fresh tomato, gourmet salad mix, Coon cheese, creamy mayonnaise, finished with a dollop of onion relish and served in a sourdough bun.

Chicken Bacon Deluxe with Avocado

Premium chicken burger. A crispy or seared chicken breast, served with a rasher of bacon, free seasoned avocado (limited time only), fresh tomato, gourmet salad and Coon cheese, drizzled with creamy mayonnaise and served in a sourdough bun.

Boston Deli Bagel

A rasher of bacon, Coon cheese, a tomato slice and seasoned avocado in a lightly toasted bagel.

NYC Benedict Bagel

An egg, a rasher of bacon, coon cheese, hollandaise sauce in a lightly toasted bagel.

M Selections Chocolate Shake

A creamy chocolate thick shake, with swirl of fudge topping and crushed Oreo cookie

M Selections Strawberry Shake

A strawberry flavoured thick shake, with strawberry syrup and Cadbury®Dream® white chocolate.

Double Choc Brownie Bites

Crispy semi-sweet coating on the outside, with a real chocolate inside.
