Australia’s second largest pizza maker Eagle Boys Pizza is celebrating the arrival of spring and summer with the new addition of Prawn Skewers to its menu.
The Prawn Skewers feature three large meaty prawns which have been marinaded in either tandoori, chilli and garlic sauces.
Eagle Boys CEO Todd Clayton said the new range catered to Australians’ love of seafood and summer entertaining.
“Seafood is a quintessential summer menu item for many Australians so adding Prawn Skewers to the menu just seemed natural,” he said.
“Customers have already commented that the prawns are a welcome addition to the menu with a 30% increase in their sales between week 1 and 2. We use fresh ingredients and gourmet produce, which means our prawns are large, succulent, tasty and well received by customers.”
Mr Clayton said Eagle Boys was constantly updating its menu to give Australians the fresh ingredients and real value they had come to expect.
