The Coffee Club rolls out new menu for Kiwis

It boasts lighter meal options and ‘after 5pm’ meals.

The Coffee Club New Zealand launched a new menu that features lighter meal options and sharing plates.

The brand shared that New Zealanders are becoming more conscious of what they are eating, the quality of the food and where it originates.

With this in mind, The Coffee Club has introduced a lighter breakfast menu that highlights three new products—Bircher Muesli, Seasonal Fruit Salad, and the Light Start Breakfast.

“We will always have our famous all day breakfast but we wanted to add to our morning offering so we could cater for a wider range of preferences.

“What people want and need for breakfast changes throughout the week. People eating before work or those who are heading to The Coffee Club for a breakfast meeting might be after something lighter but at the weekend they are often happy to indulge a bit more,” shared Andy Lucas, director of The Coffee Club New Zealand.

Moreover, new meals for their daytime menu were also added, such as Roasted Beetroot, Feta and Candied Walnut Slad, and the pick-your-own-ingredients Omelette Bar.

Along with this, The Coffee Club also created an all-new after 5pm menu that would help promote the brand’s café bar restaurants as a dinner hangout for Kiwis.

The new menu will boast meal platters that would be good for up to four people, and debut “gastro-meal” selections such as Chicken Breast & Haloumi and Portugese-style Chicken.

“Share options give people the chance to sample new things and enjoy with friends. It's the perfect addition to our after 5pm menu particularly for friends catching up after work or before going to a movie,” added Brad Jacobs, joint Director of The Coffee Club New Zealand.

Aside from the revamped menu, the brand added that they will also unveil a new look for its stores featuring modern interiors, fitting, and display signs.
