Rockpool Dining Group-owned Bavarian restaurants unveil revamped schnitzels range
The fresh range added four new kinds of schnitzels.
Rockpool Dining Group’s Munich Brauhaus, The Bavarians and The Bavarian Beerhaüs have updated their Loaded Schnitzels range, which now feature four new types of sausages.
The Italian is made up of Napoli sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, olives and basil whilst The Caesar is described to be a combination of schnitzel and salad with its cos lettuce, smoked bacon, parmesan, Caesar dressing, pretzel croutons and a slow-cooked egg.
The Meatball features spaghetti, house-made meatballs in Napoli sauce, parmesan and basil and The Texan is supersized with fries, mozzarella, smoked bacon, jalapeños, sweet BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.
Lastly, they also brought back The Mexican to the range. The offering has corn chips, chilli con carne, Jack cheese, fresh-pounded guacamole and sour cream.
The Bavarian restaurants also launched a promotional campaign that allows customers to win AU$2,000 at each store by purchasing a Loaded Schnitzel and a 500ml or 1-litre stein of beer.
