Ribs & Burgers unveils slow-cooked beef brisket range
The fast casual chain looks to showcase innovations with non-burger items.
Looking to further differentiate itself from “burger-only” brands, Ribs & Burgers announced its limited-edition brisket range.
Slow-cooked for 12 hours, their beef brisket comes in two forms: the Tasty Spaniard, made with their signature dry rub, caramelised onions and chimichurri mayo; and the Great Australian, also created with their signature dry rub, caramelised onions, beetroot, pickles, swiss cheese and horseradish mayo.
The fast casual boutique restaurant chain says the range will elevate the brand as this form of protein is “rare” among their direct competitor set.
“The only way Ribs & Burgers can differentiate itself within the fast casual space is with whole cuts of protein. Everyone can sell burgers but only we have the ability to introduce products that showcases our heritage and the ability to innovative around select cuts of meat,” Ribs & Burgers marketing manager Adam Issa explained.
