Pizza Hut to unveil a ‘world first’ ice cream flavour in collab launch with Nickelodeon
30 Australians can get a taste before the new menu’s launch.
Pizza Hut has collaborated with Nickelodeon to develop several menu items themed to the iconic SpongeBob SquarePants cartoon show.
The new menu will feature what the pizza brand calls a ‘world-first’ ice cream flavour. Other menu items will be a new pizza flavour, wings, and a new drink.
In line with the launch, Pizza Hut will look for 30 Aussies to become their official VIP Tasty Testers before launching to the rest of the country and will also be given a month’s worth of free pizzas.

To enter, Aussies need to slide into Pizza Hut’s DMs on Instagram or TikTok and explain why they should be chosen as Pizza Hut’s new Tasty Testers by close of business, Monday, 25 March 2024. Pizza Hut will choose from the entries and will message them. The taste test will take place in an undisclosed location in Sydney on 27 March.
“We think we’ve created something really fun and unexpected with our SpongeBob SquarePants partnership, and we want to reward our biggest Pizza Hut fans who also have a penchant for trying new and interesting flavours, by giving them an exclusive and top-secret ‘first-taste’ experience before the rest of Australia,” said Director of Marketing & Digital, Pizza Hut Australia, Simon Stocks.
The new SpongeBob SquarePants-inspired range will be available in all 268 Pizza Hut restaurants, Australia-wide from 3 April.
