Pizza Capers unveils Detroit-style range
The pizza style has been known for its squared base, thick crust and sauce presentation.
Pizza Capers recently introduced a pizza range that pays homage to an American classic.
Their Detroit-style pizza range features four new pizzas that have a thick, crispy, cheesy crust, sauce on top of the key ingredients that are baked in a square pan.
Retail Food Group QSR divisional director Renee North says Pizza Capers plan to continue to position themselves as market leaders in the flavour and format innovation.
“The new Detroit range ensures we are capitalising on being a first-to-market brand, bringing this new format to adventurous food loving Australians. Showcasing Detroit-style pizzas on our home turf demonstrates our commitment to staying atop of trends, and how our dedicated team can get outstanding offerings to customers quickly without cutting corners”, North said.
The menu offering is now available in all Pizza Capers stores nationwide.
