PappaRich draws on diverse flavours with new rice menu
The chain is set to launch its 29th store in VIC.
PappaRich announced the launch of its Nasi Kunyit (rice) menu, drawing inspiration from Malaysian food’s diverse flavour profile.
The new items include dishes such as Sambal Squid, Assam Fish, Fried Chicken, Prawns & Chive dumplings as well as Chicken Bao’s.
The ST Group-owned restaurant brand said it looks to meet “the needs and palates of Australia’s ever growing Asian population.”
Since launching in Australia last 2012, PappaRich now boasts 28 stores in each major state, with the 29th opening this month at The Glen in VIC.
Last year saw the chain launch its ‘PappaRich Express’ grab-and-go concept.
