The “fish-less fish” is made from soy, wheat and pea proteins, vegetables and grains.
Hunky Dory announced the launch of its new plant-based fish meals.
The Melbourne-based fish & chips chain’s new dishes feature Future Farm’s fish-less fish made from soy, wheat and pea proteins, vegetables and grains such as quinoa, amaranth and millet.
It can be served in a burger or wrap with sweet potato wedges, or in the healthy Hunky Bowl, which consists of broccoli, red cabbage, cucumber, edamame, corn and red pepper on lemon and dill brown rice, with a sesame dressing.
Hunky Dory is currently in 15 locations across NSW and VA.
