The new items are the first offerings from their new executive chef.
Hog’s Australia’s Steakhouse will launch three limited-edition steak burgers which will run from January 21 to March 11.
The Whole Hog that is made up of tender grilled steak, hickory smoked BBQ sauce, bacon, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, Spanish red onion and pineapple on a soft bun. The Classic Hog also consists of along with tender juicy grilled steak, fiery coconut chilli Byron Bay sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Lastly, The Hoggie Cheesesteak has grilled steak strips, American cheese sauce, Spanish red onion and jalapeño slices topped with yellow mustard.
In celebration of both Australia Day and their upcoming 30th anniversary, the restaurant chain will be giving away a free glass of wine, bottle of beer or glass of soft drink with each Whole Hog burger ordered on January 26 for customers who will say “Go the Whole Hog on Australia Day” when ordering.
