Gelatissimo releases new flavours for movie collaboration with Paramount

The new flavours take inspiration from the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.

Gelatissimo, in collaboration with Paramount Pictures, is releasing five new flavours to celebrate the release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, in cinemas.

The flavours take inspiration from the movie’s main characters. First is the limited edition Mutant Madness Gelato, coloured a ‘radioactive’ green, a homage to the green slime that turned the ordinary turtles into mutants. Gelatissimo also created flavours to pay tribute to the titular characters namely, Donatello’s Dragonfruit and Lychee, Leonardo’s Lolly Wonderland, Raphael’s Raspberry and Michelangelo’s Mango.

All limited-edition flavours are served in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cups and cone holders, available until supplies last.

To augment the campaign, Gelatissimo will also be holding a series of events which started on 31 August, where the dessert brand gave away a free scoop of gelato at their Darling Quarter location.

Gelatissimo will also be holding a raffle worth $5k in cash where customers are asked who their favourite character is in the movie and what they think their favourite character’s dream flavour is.

Customers who also go to any Gelatissimo store dressed as their favourite TMNT characters can also get a free scoop of any of their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem flavours until 5 October. The promo is available via the Gelatissimo Club Gelato app only.

All five flavours are available in Gelatissimo’s 46 Australian stores for a limited time only while stock lasts.
