Domino's unveils new Vegan Cheesy Garlic Bread
Vegan cheese also became a permanent pizza topping on their menu this year.
Looking to diversify their vegan-friendly options, Domino’s Pizza Enterprises has unveiled its newest offering: the cholesterol-free Vegan Cheesy Garlic Bread.
“We’ve had great support and engagement from the vegan community on our dedicated Facebook group for vegan cheese enthusiasts, and have been seeing lots of suggestions that we should create a vegan friendly alternative to our cheesy garlic bread,” Domino’s CEO for Australia and New Zealand Nick Knight said in an announcement.
Knight noted that Domino’s original garlic bread was already vegan-friendly. Vegan cheese also became a permanent pizza topping on Domino’s menu this year, following “unprecedented” demand which saw stocks exhaust only a week after its initial release.
“The popularity of, and demand for, vegan products has increased considerably over the years so it’s great we are able to offer this high quality, non-GMO, plant-based and preservative free vegan cheese,” the executive added.
