The Cheesecake Shop has created its unique twist to the traditional sponge and cream lamington.
The new dessert is called Red Velvet Cheesecake-Lamingtons, is a dense yet luxurious treat combining layers of red velvet cake and the franchise’s signature baked creamy cheesecake mix, complete with a rich chocolate coating and a delicate dusting of desiccated coconut.
Mattin Anang, Development Chef for The Cheesecake Shop said the company is focused on introducing fresh and exciting products to the market, with several exciting new developments in the pipeline.

The new Red Velvet Cheesecake-Lamingtons are available in-store starting 8 January.
