The Cheesecake Shop unveils Pavlovas for Australia Day campaign
The chain is also running a Pavlova decorating competition.
The Cheesecake Shop has launched their Choc Overload Pavlova and Banoffee Pavlova as part of their Australia Day campaign.
“Customers have shown strong support for our Cheesecake Pavlova which was introduced for Christmas in 2017 and then brought back last Christmas in 2018 and so extending the Pavlova range for Australia Day was just a natural step for us”, Peter Dable, general manager of marketing and operations, said.
The bakery chain is also holding a Pavlova decorating competition. Decorating the Pavlovas in-store are also said to be made easier for their employees.
“We know that a lot of Juniors are decorating pavs in-store, so to develop pavlovas that would not be user-friendly to them, no matter how delicious, would make no sense to us,” Dable added.
“[S]o ease and speed were central factors in the product development process along with flavour profile.”
The campaign will be promoted on digital billboards, online and social media, in-store and also comes with a beach ball giveaway for customers purchasing Pavlovas from January 22 to 28.
