BEKYA set to debut vegetarian-friendly Egyptian catering menu
The Middle Eastern QSR will showcase the new range at its relaunching World Square outlet.
BEKYA announced the upcoming launch of its vegetarian-friendly Egyptian catering menu on April 30.
The revamped catering options include mixed mini wraps, mixed mini skewers, mixed mini lunch bowls of chicken or lamb shawarma and Egyptian falafels. Mixed Egyptian cheese pastry, mini carrot and cranberry salad bowls, mini quinoa and tabouli salad bowls are also included in the range.
The brand says the new catering menu has dramatically changed from a banquet style to office finger food, featuring slow cooked meats using a range of spices, vegetables and salads, flatbreads and homemade dips.
In a recent Roy Morgan research, over 5.7 million Australians now like Middle Eastern cuisine, up 23% from four years ago.
BEKYA is also giving away free wraps and over $100 worth of special offers on their World Square store relaunch.
